Drew's Muscial Preference

Drew and I had a date night on Saturday. We saw temple square after driving around for over half and hour to find any available parking spot, walking over 20 minutes just to get there and then going to the most crowded place in all of Utah to see the lights. Honestly, it was completely worth it. So beautiful, but my favorite part of our date was when we walked around the mall. We went to a music store and there was Christmas music playing. Drew loved it so much he asked someone working there who it was. The guy opens the CD player and to my complete delight, it was David Archuleta. I had no idea Drew was such a big American Idol fan! It was so funny, and yes Drew did purchase the songs on itunes when we got home!

I love you Santa Claus!

We went to the mall to see Santa and let the boys tell the jolly old man what they wanted for Christmas. Isaac was so excited, he couldn't sit still. He has been watching the old made for T.V classic of Santa Claus, so he knew how important this man was. Isaac ran up to Santa, threw his arms around him and yelled, "I love you Santa Claus!" Santa put Isaac on his lap and asked what he wanted for Christmas. Isaac responded with, "Underwear." Santa said, "Wow, anything else?" Of course! Isaac said, "Yeah. A baby doll." Sam was next. His excitement must have been hidden, because Sam reluctantly walked to Santa, sat on his lap and looked terrified! He really really wants a Nintendo DS for Christmas. It is all he can talk about. So when Santa asked him what he wanted, it was funny to hear him barely whisper, "A Nintendo DS." I love love Christmas!

Jazz Game

Drew loves going to Jazz games. Now Isaac loves it too. Isaac was yelling and jumping and having a great time. Sam and I were not as amused, but it was still a very fun game with the Jazz winning in overtime!

Miss Utah

Miss Utah came to do a presentation at our school. Yes, that is my cute little class. Yes, her legs stop at my neck. Yes, I am starting my diet this very minute. Yes, I hate her. And no Drew, I did not get her phone number.

Saturday!

Drew knows of the funnest places to go! This time we went to the planetarium (I have no clue how to spell that). We went on Mars, the Moon and watched a 3D movie all in one afternoon. It was both Isaac's and my first time seeing a 3D movie. Isaac cried and said the dinosaur bit him. He continued his story with a slight limp walking away from the movie. It was soooo much fun!
